"THE COMPANY"

Thank you for visiting Ratner Construction Corp. which is owned and operated by the third generation of a family which has had its roots in Florida for over 50 years. We have been associated with the construction industry for all of that time. Our family has owned and operated two successful construction related businesses specializing in custom interior millwork in fine hotels, banks and restaurant interiors, as well as a plant that mass produced custom designed hotel and institutional furniture. Those two companies were involved in hundreds of projects that stretched from San Francisco to Kuwait and Chicago to Cancun.

It was a natural evolution that brought us into the General Contracting business in 1986. Since that time Steven A. Ratner, has either estimated, negotiated, managed, constructed and/or completed all projects in a timely fashion, a fact of which we are very proud. These include Commodore Cruise Line's 38,000 square foot world headquarters, and formally Edward J. De Bartolo Corporation's 32 story Brickell Bay Office Tower (interior tenant improvements) as well as the new and fabulously successful Howl at the Moon Saloon in Cocowalk, Coconut Grove, Florida.

Please note that our accomplishments include Residential, Bars, Nightclubs, Hotel Interiors, Restaurants, Interior Office Improvements and Custom Millwork projects. We are certified, bonded, and insured. We are an active member in Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Miami (B.O.M.A.) & Construction Association of South Florida

All of our estimating, accounting, as well as our field supervision procedures are computerized using the latest State of the Art Hardware and Software. This allows a rapid exchange of effective information from establishing preliminary budgets through the completion of the project
